SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with LuxeSleep. Please read the following information carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm GMT on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays via email.
UK Shipping
Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) — Free Express Delivery (1–2 business days) — £7.99
International Shipping
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Standard International (7–14 business days) — Free Express International — calculated at checkout
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
LuxeSleep is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may be applied to your order upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly via the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@luxesleep.co.
Lost or Damaged Orders
LuxeSleep takes great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@luxesleep.co and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
